All evidence must include accurately: Name, Surname, Address.

All evidence need to be recent,  6 months old evidence at most.

​

For students aged 16-18 or those who have no evidence in their name, they may use an evidence with the parents name on it, with whom they live with.

​

Only 1 type of evidence is needed.
